Refund policy

You have a 14-day right of withdrawal from the day you receive the item, and a 2-year right to complain applies under the Danish Sale of Goods Act.

If you wish to withdraw, give us clear notice at kontakt@nordicplancha.dk no later than 14 days after receipt and return the item at your own expense. The amount is refunded no later than 14 days after we have received the returned item or documentation of the return shipment. If you put the item into actual use, we can deduct the item's loss in value.

For a justified complaint, we cover reasonable shipping costs. An exchange is offered as a voluntary service, where you pay shipping both ways.
