ID Plancha 60 — 2 burners

Smash burgers and halloumi burgers, bacon and eggs or chicken with vegetables. The whole meal is ready at once, so everyone gets hot food at the same time. ID Plancha 60 has 2 burners for 4-6 people, and it is the one we recommend.

The solid cooking plate holds its heat, even when the cold meat hits it. Developed by the people behind Le Griddle, with 10 years of experience in the USA and France. Cooking surface 56 × 41 cm.

Choose your finish

• Inox: 6 mm solid plate in 304 stainless steel and a stainless steel body all the way round. It is easy to clean and might outlast your patio.
• Black: 3.5 mm enamelled cooking plate and a black lacquered body. Same burners, same design and same cooking, just at a lower price. Needs a little more care over the years.

• 3-sided wind screen and warming rack, for windy Danish evenings
• Pull-out stainless steel grease tray under the unit. The grease tray and warming rack are dishwasher safe
• The cooking plate can be lifted off and washed with washing-up liquid once it has cooled down
• 4 adjustable feet, so it stands level on a patio that doesn't
• Electronic ignition on one standard AAA battery (not included). No cable, no power socket

Building it in

The plancha works just as well built in as freestanding. The housing is a closed box with the controls at the front, so it is easy to plan into an outdoor kitchen. The cooking plate and grease tray can still be lifted out for cleaning.

Delivery

5-8 working days. It comes in 2 parcels, body and cooking plate, and UPS brings them to your door, not to a parcel locker.
